Five Regalant dogs competed at the 2021 MSWA Ohio Classic, the annual regional speciality for silkens in the midwest. Nita took second in her class of seven for both shows, and Pretzel finished with a first and a second in her class of two. Starr won her class both days. Freddie had a good time at his first show and won Best Opposite Sex Puppy for the sweepstakes. I was so proud of him! And best of all, Cassie took Best Altered in Show on Saturday! Nita also certified to run LGRA (straight racing) and had a nice, clean first meet. She finished middle of the pack, but I think she might end up doing some really nice things.
If my record-keeping is correct, Starr is just one ISWS major away from her ISWS championship. Pretzel needs her ISWS major and a few more points.
